Maktab Tarighat Oveyssi (MTO) Shahmaghsoudi, School of Islamic Sufism®, is an international non-profit organization with centers spanning five continents, including more than 500,000 students worldwide.  It dates back 1400 years to the time of Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), and Amir-al Mo'menin Ali (the first Imam of Shi'a). The founder of the school is Hazrat Oveys Gharani, whose way of inward cognition was approved by the prophet of Islam. The present Master of the school is Hazrat Salaheddin Ali Nader Angha.

Sufism is known as the mystical dimension of Islam. Sufism is the school of Self-knowledge. It is a spiritual discipline, a precise system of education that facilitates the journey of self-knowledge, leading to knowledge of the Divine Beloved. This journey enables the individual to discover his or her own stable reality and ultimately, the reality of religion.

Islam is submission, and submission is stability and constancy in the true reality of Existence.
